This season we have seen many new clients make the switch to Lamb Secure to assist market opportunities and with excellent results. All have significantly reduced mortality rates and have presented healthy, well grown lambs for sale that also meet processor requests for ionophore- (e.g. Bovatec) and antibiotic-free claims.
But we've not just removed Bovatec. We've added well researched essential oils from the oregano plant that have natural antimicrobial activity across a broad range of pathogens. An added bonus is that it smells great too, aiding palatability and assisting intake of the concentrate pellet - a necessity at induction!

FEEDLOT ESSENTIALS
FEEDLOT ESSENTIALS is a lamb feedlot concentrate pellet that has been specifically formulated to be added to grain when feeding lambs in the feedlot, containment area, or grain-assist in the paddock.
Both Feedlot Essentials & Lamb Secure grain balancer pellets have been specially designed to focus on:
1) Rumen health to reduce the risk of acidosis and promote a functional rumen environment.
2) Urinary tract health to reduce the incidence of urinary calculi.
3) An active immune system to aid adaptation to the feedlot and minimise growth checks.

BEEF 50
BEEF 50 is a feedlot concentrate pellet that has been specially formulated to be added to crushed, cracked or rolled grain, protein and roughage to provide a safe, balanced ration. It is suitable for feeding to all classes of cattle for weight gain in the feedlot or containment area (including yard weaning), or as grain-assist in the paddock.
BEEF 50 contains monensin sodium for improved feed efficiency and as an aid in the control of bloat.

BEEF SECURE is a grain balancer concentrate pellet that is free from ionophores and antibiotics. It contains compounds from the oregano plant that have natural anti-microbial properties and support cattle health. BEEF SECURE has been specially formulated to be added to crushed, cracked or rolled grain, along with a protein source for a feeding rate of grain mix between 5-10kg per head per day plus roughage, to provide a safe, balanced ration. It is suitable for feeding to all classes of cattle for weight gain in the feedlot or as grain-assist in the paddock whilst allowing you to meet contract requirements.

BREEDER ESSENTIALS is a grain balancer concentrate pellet that is specially formulated for replacement ewe lambs, maiden ewes or mature ewes. It is also suitable for paddock preparation of sale rams or rams pre-joining. It focusses on supporting reproductive function, fertility, and hoof health. The pelleted form makes it suitable for trail feeding, via self-feeders or automated feed delivery systems.
